Shipping Guidelines
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Bulk soil, pumice, substrate and pot orders may take extra handling time depending on weight and packaging.
- Once dispatched, your official courier tracking number will appear above.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your pincode and courier route.
- Heavy parcels may show slower tracking updates during pickup, transfer or hub scanning.
- If the courier status has not updated for more than 4 business days, contact WhatsApp support.
